Privacy

We collect your name, email, and what you share during the program - to run the cohort, send session links and updates, and (with your consent) the Human in the Loop newsletter. The newsletter is delivered through beehiiv; we don't use tracking cookies. Your name and profile (and a photo, if you add one) may be visible to other cohort members.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to its use - just email office@andreashornai.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime.

Recordings & Content

Live sessions are recorded for replay and may be used in clips, quotes, and promotion. By taking part, you agree your name, voice, image, and comments may appear in these recordings and marketing, and may be shared with other cohort members. Prefer not to appear publicly? Email us before the program starts and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Program Rules

All program materials are the intellectual property of Andreas Horn (Human in the Loop) - don't reproduce or resell them without permission. Sessions are group settings, so don't share confidential information you wouldn't want others to hear. We may remove anyone engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior.

Disputes
